Request samples

There are many stones with many finishes available. We are happy to pack and send requested samples anywhere in the world. Whilst we supply the samples and service free of charge we cannot cover the cost of postage for the 100's we get asked for. We do subsidize postage to allow JUST one cost to anywhare in the world. Should you require samples we ask that you just cover the balance cost of the postage. We do however offer a 200% refund on these costs against any order when placed.

 

Our standard sample kit includes four pieces of chosen samples 120mm x 120mm in size. We suggest that if your choice is for veined or multi coloured stone that at least 2 samples of those be sent. This allows you to see the variations of colour within that stock material. The cost of general postage (14 >18 days) for the standard sample kit is USD$20. Courier cost is USD$60 for

delivery within 5 days. (Our actual cost for the courier is around USD$100.)  Should an order be placed for our products thereafter we will refund a credit of USD$120 against that order.

 

We will also send a full sized sample when and as requested with a courier cost of USD$80. Should a subsequent order be place we will credit sum of USD$160 against that order. All samples are shipped from our factory in Shanghai, China.

 

When requesting samples please detail preferred stone type, preferred colours and shades, whether veining is preferred, or single tome colours. Please also specify the preferred finish required, natural split, bush hammered, sawn, honed or flamed. If material is unavailable in a particular finish we will inform you so that other choices may be made for your sample kit.

 

Most samples are ex stock and we endeavour to despatch within 2 days. For special requests of stone and out of stock materials please allow 7 days for despatch.
